Signs a boiler repair is needed

The obvious sign you require a boiler repair is if your hot water and heating system stop working.

But there are some more subtle signs too:

• If your boiler and/or radiators suddenly becomes noisy
• If your radiators stop getting as hot as they used to
• If you smell gas near your boiler’s location

Our boiler repair service

When you contact us, we will take some information about your concerns and/or the problem.

We will ask you when the problem started, and we will ask you how urgent you feel it is that we visit you.  If you have elderly, very young, or vulnerable people in the house we will make you a priority.

If you have photographs of the issue (eg a leak) and know your boiler make, model, and information from the boiler data badge, this will also help us greatly.

What does a boiler repair cost?

Our costs are transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

Our initial Fault Find Call Out is £85+VAT (up to 60 minutes).  If we can repair your boiler within this visit, then there will be no extra charge.

However, if you require new parts and we have to make a subsequent visit, or visits, these will be charged at £85 for the first hour and then in 15 minute blocks at £21.25 per block. (All charges are subject to VAT.)
